Affirm is a fun, 6-day training event, held each June at the University of North Alabama, for youth who have completed 7th–12th grades. Dates this year are June 15–20, Sunday–Friday. The cost is $325, which includes lodging, all meals from Sunday supper through Friday lunch, an event T-shirt, and all program costs.
"I felt God at Affirm." "Affirm changed my life." "I love Affirm." "I can be myself at Affirm." "I heard God's call at Affirm." "Affirm is great." These are just a few of the comments from our youth who have attended Affirm over the years.
Some scholarship money is available. A bus will be going to and from the event for our youth for an additional cost. Contact the church office for registration forms, or go to the Southeastern Synod Youth Web site.
